I make most of my work via an three step process.

Firstly I plan and sketch it, usually with pens and pencils, sometimes a bit of ink or gauche too. When I've got it right I draw it again, this time with pencils.

I take my pencil drawing and usually scan it and re-print it. Then I can ink it using anything from dip pens, brushes or markers.

This gives me a nice black and white version I can scan and colour using photoshop.

Usually I take my stuff down to the printers and have them print it up on nice card or whatever, and of course you can see it here digitally!

And there we have it, my secrets revealed, but of course the best thing about having a system is when you break out of it!
